California has very specific wording requirements for acknowledgments; if the notarial wording on your document does not meet California’s requirements, we have replacement certificates to use, that do meet California standards.

Additional forms of Identification must be current or issued within the last 5 years and contain a photograph and description of the person named on it, signed by the person and include a serial or other identifying number

  • US Passport issued by the Department of State of the United States

When you need to have a document notarized, you must be clear about which of the notary forms are required.
